Roger is a Sales Director based in our Canary Wharf office. He specialises in asset finance, with extensive experience in transport and vehicle finance across the healthcare, hospitality, and leisure sectors, including franchises. He maintains a specialist ambulance and healthcare transport finance network through close relationships with suppliers and introducers.
Roger has over 27 years of experience working at specialist lenders, banks, and brokerages, establishing strong introducer, lender, and supplier relationships. He manages transactions across the full lifecycle, from origination and underwriting through to structuring, lender negotiation, and payout.
Prior to joining BTG, Roger worked as business development director at a highly entrepreneurial asset finance brokerage, developing specialist-sector revenue channels. Before this role, he gained experience in mid-market and corporate funding structures at a Big Four commercial bank.
He is a member of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM).
