The BTG Academy is our framework for building a confident, skilled, and lasting career. From onboarding to professional accreditation and leadership, you’ll follow clear pathways: Onboard, Ignite, Elevate and Lead,  with flexible learning, internal and external experts, and support for role-relevant qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, APC, CPI and JIEB.
