Building and project consultancy

Our building consultancy team operates across a broad range of organisations in the public and private sectors. Having a professional team at your disposal can ensure the project runs smoothly from start to finish, allowing you to focus on more important aspects of your business.

There is much to consider when upgrading or updating your premises, which can distract you from your other important operational responsibilities. A building and project consultancy team can absorb all the project’s requirements, taking any guesswork or difficult decisions away from you.

Times of growth, moving into a new commercial space, or keeping up with your industry’s regulations can all prompt structural and interior changes. However, there is a lot that goes into these developments, so instructing our specialists will ensure everything is completed seamlessly.

When you utilise BTG’s building consultancy team, we will handle every aspect of the project, from initial advisory and surveys to architectural design and development monitoring. By utilising our services for all these aspects, we can streamline processes and ensure the right contractors are used to guarantee success.

Our business and project consultancy offering also includes several specialist services that protect your best interests. We can help you decarbonise your estate in line with Net Zero targets, carry out fire risk assessments to promote employee safety, and act as expert witnesses during court proceedings. Our experts are also on hand to support funding applications for educational institutions, allowing you to carry out vital upgrades that protect your teachers, students, and support staff.

No matter the scale or complexity of your project, we work alongside you to deliver seamless results, helping your buildings remain safe, compliant, and fit for purpose as your business evolves.
