Joseph is a Director based in our Leeds office. He heads the Building and Project Consultancy team, leading a multidisciplinary group of surveyors, architects and engineers. He specialises in tailored property solutions across the industrial, commercial and public sectors, with particular expertise in the education sector.
Joseph has played an instrumental role in driving the team's growth and development. His expertise spans project delivery, technical due diligence and strategic asset management, advising clients on complex building and refurbishment schemes. His approach combines technical rigour with value-led advice, ensuring projects are delivered to meet both operational requirements and budgetary constraints.
Prior to his current role, he progressed through the building and project consultancy division, gaining comprehensive experience in building surveying and project management across diverse property types and client sectors. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS).
