Whether you are refurbishing a commercial space, decarbonising a building, or starting a new development, having a commercially aware and experienced team ensures the project meets your requirements and industry regulations. Our projects and development services:

Our building consultancy team specialises in advisory services to reduce risks and minimise costs. We also determine the feasibility of a project by completing surveys and considering your budget and offer in-depth planning solutions to ensure contractors can complete the work without issues.

We support you through every stage of your decarbonisation journey, from initial energy audits identifying efficiency opportunities through to full project delivery. Our team ensures sustainable upgrades are implemented on time and within budget.

At BTG, our architects cover every aspect of your project before renovations begin and during development. Our industry-leading designs ensure you can visualise the final product before work commences and contractors can follow our drawings precisely to ensure success.

Ensuring safe and efficient movement of people, goods, and vehicles is critical to any development's success. We deliver data-driven transport planning from feasibility studies through to detailed highway design and planning application support.

Stretched budgets and complex property challenges require specialist support. We provide bespoke solutions for local authorities, schools, housing associations, and more, spanning estate strategy, maintenance, and full building renovations.

BTG adds value to every project or development we work on. You can depend on us to handle your refurbishment or renovation with professionalism and expertise.
