Steve is a Director based in our Northampton office. He specialises in building consultancy across commercial and industrial property, with extensive experience in acquisitions, project monitoring, refurbishments, and dilapidations across industrial, distribution, retail, warehouse, and office sectors.
Steve has over 30 years' experience delivering comprehensive building consultancy services to local and national clients. He has coordinated complex refurbishment and remodelling projects for industrial and distribution facilities, acted as the employer's representative on new-build developments, and successfully resolved dilapidations claims on behalf of both landlords and tenants. His work spans freehold and leasehold acquisitions, providing detailed pre-acquisition surveys to inform investment decisions.
Prior to joining BTG, Steve gained experience at Budworth Hardcastle, now acquired by BTG, establishing the building surveying department in Kettering and building a strong track record in the region over two decades.
