Thomas is a Director based in our Peterborough office. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 10 years' experience in building consultancy, specialising in project management, cost management and technical due diligence across commercial and public sector projects. He provides comprehensive building surveying services, including employer's agent, contract administration and pre-acquisition surveys.
Thomas has extensive experience delivering building consultancy advice across diverse property sectors, combining technical surveying expertise with strong project management and client relations skills. His background includes value engineering, design coordination and cost management on complex construction projects. His approach focuses on delivering practical, commercially focused solutions that meet client objectives, while ensuring technical compliance and quality standards.
Prior to joining BTG, Thomas gained experience at a global property and construction consultancy, progressing from graduate building surveyor to senior building surveyor. He also worked in construction cost management as an estimator. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) and studied Building Surveying at Nottingham Trent University.
