Simon is a Director based in our Lincoln office. He specialises in building surveying and project management, with extensive experience in commercial and residential building surveys, dilapidations advice, and contract administration across retail and heritage property sectors.
Simon has over 25 years' experience delivering comprehensive building consultancy solutions. Notable recent work includes providing project management services to multiple retail operators and overseeing the refurbishment of prestigious Grade II listed buildings. He has built a strong reputation for delivering tailored surveying advice across complex commercial and residential property matters.
He is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a degree in Building Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University. Simon is also a member of the Pyramus and Thisbe Society.
