Louise is an Associate Director based in our London office. She is a Chartered Building Surveyor specialising in property management, lease advisory and dilapidations across commercial property portfolios. She advises landlords and tenants on building-related matters throughout the lease lifecycle.
Louise has over 20 years’ experience delivering building surveying services to commercial clients, with expertise in dilapidation negotiations and settlements, lease advisory and property management. She combines her practical approach with technical surveying knowledge and commercial awareness, ensuring clients receive pragmatic advice that balances legal obligations with cost-effective outcomes. Her work spans diverse property sectors, advising on complex lease obligations and building condition matters.
Prior to joining BTG, she gained experience at leading property consultancies as a building surveyor. She is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS).

The Trump administration has replaced the reciprocal tariffs regime that was struck down by the Supreme Court with a non-discriminatory tariff tool, shifting tariff risk to a more uncertain carve-out-driven framework. In this new regime, the UK’s prior relative advantage for non-exempt goods is no longer assured and outcomes depend on sector carve-outs, product mix and enforcement.
