Nicholas is a Director based in our Northampton office. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years' experience in building consultancy, specialising in project management, contract administration and development monitoring across the industrial, office and healthcare sectors. He advises clients on new build, refurbishment, demolition and fit-out schemes, acting as employer's agent on diverse construction projects.
Nicholas has extensive experience delivering building consultancy services across commercial property portfolios, handling projects from initial feasibility through to practical completion. His expertise includes lease dilapidations for both landlords and tenants, pre-acquisition due diligence, such as building surveys and planned preventative maintenance reports, as well as schedules of condition. His project management approach ensures schemes are delivered on programme and within budget, while maintaining quality standards and compliance requirements.
Before joining BTG, Nicholas gained experience at national property consultancies, developing expertise across building surveying and project delivery. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) and an incorporated member of the Association For Project Safety.
