He specialises in strategic consultancy across occupier advisory, development strategy and transactions, with extensive experience aligning comprehensive property solutions to meet public sector client needs.
He has delivered over £2 billion of regeneration and public sector capital projects across the country, providing expert guidance on development feasibility, corporate advisory consultancy and capital markets. His work encompasses comprehensive strategic property advice for public sector organisations, supporting complex development schemes, asset optimisation and major capital programmes. Javid's leadership ensures resources effectively serve public sector clients requiring sophisticated property strategy and transaction support.
Javid is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), RICS registered valuer and holds PRINCE2 certification. His extensive experience across regeneration, development and public sector advisory has established him as a trusted strategic adviser to public sector organisations throughout the UK.
