Adam is a Director based in our Newcastle office. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor specialising in building and project consultancy, with extensive experience delivering capital-funded refurbishment and new build schemes across the education sector. He leads a team of professionals in providing comprehensive building consultancy services across the North East and Cumbria.
He has over a decade of experience managing complex construction projects, ranging from £50,000 to £5 million in value, acting as lead designer on numerous schemes for commercial clients. Notable work includes delivering multiple education sector capital projects, advising on pre-acquisition surveys and development monitoring for lenders, and providing strategic asset management advice.
Adam opened the BTG Eddisons Newcastle office in 2017 and has since grown the Building and Project Consultancy team significantly. He was shortlisted for the RICS Young Surveyor of the Year Award in 2018 following peer and client nominations.
Prior to joining BTG, Adam gained experience in building surveying and project consultancy, developing expertise across dilapidations, schedules of condition, planned preventative maintenance programmes and development monitoring. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS).
