Ben is a Director within BTG's Financial Advisory division and a licensed Insolvency Practitioner, specialising in advising businesses, lenders and investors facing financial, operational and strategic challenges.

Ben has over 13 years' experience across restructuring, insolvency and financial advisory assignments, providing support to stakeholders at every stage of the business lifecycle. His advisory experience includes independent business reviews, strategic options assessments, funding reviews, turnaround engagements, financial due diligence and special situations M&A transactions.

In addition to his advisory work, Ben acts as office holder on formal insolvency appointments, with a particular focus on complex administrations. He has extensive experience advising boards, lenders and investors on restructuring options, contingency planning, accelerated M&A processes and value preservation strategies.

Ben has worked on several high profile matters during this time at BTG, including Worcester Warriors, preparing the relevant alternative reports to support the Speciality Steel and Enzen Global restructuring plans and delivering several business sales, both solvent and insolvent, across a wide range of sectors.

An ACA and JIEB qualified professional, Ben helps clients navigate uncertainty, assess their strategic options and deliver successful outcomes for stakeholders.
