Depending on the team and location, responsibilities are likely to include:

  • Managing a diverse corporate insolvency cases (e.g. CVLs,MVLs, Administrations, CVAs)
  • Supporting a varied and technically interesting caseload across sectors
  • Handling case administration from appointment through to closure
  • Liaising with key stakeholders including creditors, directors, and clients
  • Supporting senior staff with investigations, reporting, and statutory processes
     

About You

  • Have previously insolvency administrator experience
  • Have exposure to corporate insolvency processes & using IPS
  • Can manage a caseload with appropriate supervision
  • Are confident in dealing with a range of stakeholders
  • Bring strong organisational and communication skills
