Trainee Relationship Support Executive

We’re looking for an organised and motivated individual to join our Advisory team in a trainee support role. This position provides hands‑on exposure to deal progression, client interaction, and financial advisory processes, with a clear development pathway into more senior support or coordination roles.

The Role

You’ll provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational support to Relationship Managers and Relationship Directors, helping to ensure accurate processing, smooth deal progression, and excellent customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the preparation of quotes, documentation, and deal progression
  • Liaising with clients, funders, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Managing data, records, and communications through the CRM system
  • Supporting meetings, follow‑ups, and stakeholder communication
  • Ensuring work is completed accurately and in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Contributing to a positive customer experience, following Treating Customers Fairly principles

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Confident written and verbal communication
  • A professional, customer‑focused approach
  • Willingness to learn about financial products, credit processes, and the asset finance market
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and documentation
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, finance, or property is beneficial but not essential.

Development & Progression

This is an entry‑level role with structured training and support, including:

  • Credit and deal processes
  • Funder relationships
  • Deal structuring and market understanding
  • Operational and regulatory compliance

  • Have a 9 to 4 in Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent
