This role is within our Peterborough Commercial Agency Team working within a multi-disciplinary office.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist and lead pitch presentations to new and existing clients on the services Eddisons provide.
  • Assist/lead on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions which support the clients' core business, plans, and objectives.
  • Work closely with external parties, such as project managers and fit-out contractors, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
  • Working with management to improve team processes and consistently updating them with significant deal information.
  • Working with the Operations and Technology departments on new ideas to improve internal systems.
  • Hosting market events.
  • Collaborate daily with the Business Development team on all opportunities.


About You

  • Experienced Commercial Agent with at least 5 years'
  • Proficient using Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience using CRM systems
