What you’ll be doing
Depending on the team and location, responsibilities are likely to include:
- Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases (e.g. CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, CVAs)
- Driving case strategy and progression to ensure efficient and compliant outcomes
- Overseeing complex investigations into financial affairs, director conduct, and asset realisation
- Managing case budgets, billing, and overall profitability
- Acting as the key contact for clients, creditors, and stakeholders
- Reviewing work and mentoring junior team members
- Ensuring compliance with insolvency legislation, internal policies, and best practice
- Supporting business development and contributing to continued growth
About you
You will:
- Have significant experience managing corporate insolvency cases independently
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of insolvency legislation and regulatory requirements
- Be confident managing financial aspects of cases, including budgets and billing
- Have experience using IPS (or similar insolvency systems)
- Be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Bring strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- JIEB-qualified or working towards this is desirable.
