Senior Building Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and management of the existing team
• Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
• Assist the Building & Project Consultancy team with day-to-day project delivery
• Conduct building surveys and site inspections
• Prepare Schedules of Condition, Technical Due Diligence Reports, defect surveys, and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules
• Draft Schedules of Work and Specifications for maintenance, construction, and development projects
• Provide contract administration services
• Monitor project budgets and funding
• Collaborate effectively with clients and external consultant teams

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Strong report writing and specification preparation abilities
• MRICS Qualification
