Main Responsibilities

  • Provide valuations and advisory services for a wide range of property assets across the main commercial and residential sectors.
  • Contribute to team targets and business growth initiatives.
  • Conduct property inspections, due diligence, and prepare detailed and accurate valuation reports within client timelines.
  • Demonstrate in-depth market knowledge and ensure quality assurance standards are upheld.
  • Client-facing role with potential to identify new business and fee-earning opportunities.

Skills & Experience

  • MRICS and VRS qualified with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.
  • Adept with Argus, Kel or market standard valuation software.
  • Proven experience in commercial property valuation.
  • Strong verbal, numerical, and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent client-management skills, with a proactive, flexible approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining high standards.
  • Happy to work independently with minimal supervision but also as part of the wider regional team.
