Muddy Boots Software has secured a multi-million-pound investment from US headquartered Carrier Corporation to support its continued expansion in the UK and international markets.
About the deal:
Muddy Boots Software Limited, based in Ross-on-Wye has provides innovative software for the food supply chain which gives users transparency from grower to retailer. Founded in 1996, the company now employs a team of over 100, supporting in excess of 2,000 customers across 40 countries.
Carrier Corporation is a global leader in cold chain technologies with products and services designed to help monitor and manage the cold chain of the world’s most temperature-sensitive, perishable products: food, pharmaceuticals, biologics and industrial chemicals.
How we made a difference
The team at BTG provided us with outstanding support throughout the process of raising new investment. Whilst they are of course experts in helping businesses raise finance, from updating business plans through to negotiating the deal, it is the way they engaged with us that made them stand out.
