Adam is a Partner based in our London Canary Wharf office. He specialises in financial advisory, with extensive experience in special situations mergers and acquisitions. He works closely with management teams, lenders, and other stakeholders, helping organisations navigate financial distress, operational challenges, and strategic change across a range of sectors, including hospitality and leisure, construction, care, and retail.

Adam plays a key role in BTG’s financial advisory offering, with experience advising lenders across a range of situations. He supports banks, debt funders, and other lenders with transaction-related diligence, independent business assessments, and strategic options analysis, delivering the financial insight and commercial advice needed to support informed decision-making.

He also works closely with asset-based lenders, providing support with new lending opportunities, evaluating collateral performance, and navigating evolving borrower circumstances, helping funders maximise value and manage risk.

He recently advised on a number of complex business sales across multiple sectors, safeguarding hundreds of jobs and preserving operational continuity.

He is a Chartered Accountant.
