Adrian is a Director based in Sheffield. He is a specialist property auctioneer with experience selling residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural property throughout Yorkshire and the Humber region. He has been involved in the sale by auction of over 10,000 properties, ranging from small sites and ground rents to large industrial estates and residential investments, and he has also sold many landmark buildings throughout the region.

Adrian has over 40 years’ experience conducting property auctions for private clients, executors, trustees, investors, local councils, church groups and charities. He specialises in properties requiring modernisation, restoration or redevelopment under the ‘property with potential’ banner. Having spent many hours on the rostrum at Bramall Lane, he oversaw the successful transition to online auctions, selling approximately £100 million of property across all sectors.

Prior to joining BTG, Adrian acted as director of Mark Jenkinson for over 35 years, now acquired by BTG. He also has experience as an estate agent, valuer and property auctioneer. He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and holds a higher diploma in Estate Management and Valuation from Trent Polytechnic, Nottingham.
