Adrian Rabet is a Partner based in our Jersey office. He specialises in offshore corporate insolvency and forensic accounting, with extensive experience in fund liquidations, trust companies, administrations and complex fraud investigations across Jersey, Guernsey and other offshore jurisdictions.
Adrian has over 35 years of experience in liquidations, administrations and complex fraud investigations, including just and equitable liquidations under the appointment of the Royal Court in Jersey. He recently worked on the liquidation of BetIndex Ltd, the operating company of Football Index, a licensed and regulated football stock market trading platform. He has also supported several landmark just and equitable liquidations in the jurisdiction.
Prior to joining BTG, Adrian gained director-level experience at a global advisory firm. He is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner, one of the few registered in Jersey to act as a liquidator of Jersey companies. He is a Chartered Accountant, trust and estate practitioner and qualified fraud examiner.

The Trump administration has replaced the reciprocal tariffs regime that was struck down by the Supreme Court with a non-discriminatory tariff tool, shifting tariff risk to a more uncertain carve-out-driven framework. In this new regime, the UK’s prior relative advantage for non-exempt goods is no longer assured and outcomes depend on sector carve-outs, product mix and enforcement.
