Andrew is a Director based in our London office. He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years' experience in property asset management and consultancy, specialising in strategic asset planning, portfolio optimisation and value enhancement across diverse property portfolios and business sectors.
Andrew has extensive experience advising property investors and corporate occupiers on day-to-day management issues, estate strategy, placemaking and asset management initiatives. He reports to several property investment committees, providing strategic advice on portfolio performance and value creation opportunities. His client-focused approach combines technical property expertise with strong business development and relationship management skills. He is also a keen advocate for greater use of technology in the property industry, particularly in property management.
Prior to joining in 2020, Andrew held partner positions at leading property consultancies where he gained experience in both client-side and advisory environments and acted as head of property management. He is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and holds a degree in Estate Management and Valuation from De Montfort University.
