Andrew is a Partner & Auctioneer based in our Nottingham office, leading the property auction division. He specialises in auctioneering, residential and commercial property sales, and property valuations, with extensive experience working with corporate clients and local authorities on property disposals across the UK.
He has over 20 years' experience in the property sector, having worked across estate agency and auctioneering throughout his career. Andrew takes to the rostrum each month for live-streamed auctions and regularly conducts charity auctions for local and national fundraising. His expertise encompasses corporate and asset manager property disposals, local authority relationships and leading industry innovation within the auction sector. His award-winning approach combines exceptional auctioneering skills with strategic property disposal advice.
Andrew is a Fellow of the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (FNAVA) and a member of the RICS steering committee, demonstrating his professional standing and commitment to advancing auction standards. His extensive experience across both residential and commercial property auctions has established him as a trusted adviser and leading figure within the UK property auction industry.
