Andrew is a Director based in our Canary Wharf office. He specialises in commercial property management, with extensive experience managing shopping centres, central London offices, and mixed-use schemes across London and the South East for public and private sector clients.
He has over 10 years' experience in property management, having managed retail portfolios, including major shopping centres for specialist retail investors, private property companies and institutional investors. His work encompasses comprehensive asset management, tenant liaison, service charge administration and strategic property advice, delivering proactive management solutions across diverse commercial property portfolios. Andrew's unique breadth of experience spans working for and with clients, investors and managing agents across the retail sector.
Prior to joining BTG, Andrew gained experience at a leading independent property management and building consultancy specialist, managing retail portfolios. He also spent three years in Vancouver, Canada, working as an internal property manager and asset manager for a boutique property investment firm. He is a Chartered Surveyor and brings an international perspective to his property management expertise.
