Andy is a Director based in our Manchester office, serving as National Director across the property auctions division of BTG Eddisons. He specialises in property auctions, overseeing multiple national auction events monthly across commercial, residential and development properties throughout the UK.
He has over 18 years' experience in the property auction sector, having worked with experienced landlords, traders, developers, investors and first time buyers. His work encompasses auction strategy, property appraisal, buyer representation, vendor advisory and sale day management, delivering successful outcomes across diverse property types and client requirements. Andy's trusted relationships with clients and comprehensive understanding of auction markets enable him to guide investors and occupiers through every aspect of acquiring or disposing of property at auction.
Prior to joining BTG, Andy gained extensive experience at SDL Property Auctions, a BTG acquisition, progressing to director of auctions, and spent 12 years at a residential and commercial property auctioneer in senior valuation and buying consultant roles. His career commenced in sales negotiation, providing a solid foundation for his expertise in property transactions and client representation.
