Ania is a Director based in our Bristol office. She specialises in commercial and residential valuations, with extensive experience delivering strategic valuation advice across diverse property sectors throughout the South West.

She has over 20 years' experience in property valuations, having worked on a wide range of assignments for institutional clients, lenders, and private property owners. Her expertise spans both commercial and residential assets, providing comprehensive valuation solutions for secured lending, investment and transactional purposes.

Prior to joining BTG, Ania gained experience as an associate valuation surveyor at a property and auction specialist and spent nearly 19 years at an independent property consultancy, holding partner and senior roles. She studied Property Valuation & Law at Cass Business School and holds a degree in Politics from the University of Exeter.
