Learn more about Anthony Spencer
Anthony is a Managing Partner based in our Leeds office. He is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in valuation and consultancy, specialising in complex property appraisals, portfolio management and fixed charge receiverships.
He has extensive experience delivering large scale valuation projects across diverse property types and has managed over 2,500 fixed charge receiverships, making him one of the UK’s most experienced advisers in this field. Notable work includes leading the valuation of over 600 properties within a bank’s impaired lending portfolio, advising on the national appraisal of the US armed services’ global occupational estate, and overseeing the disposal of a 500-asset mixed-use portfolio across North England.
Prior to joining in 2005, Anthony gained experience at a Big Four accounting firm as a Director within their valuation and consultancy practice. He is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor (MRICS), a registered property receiver (RPR) and a fellow of NARA (the Association of Property & Fixed Charge Receivers).
