Ben is a Director based in our Cambridge office. He is a Chartered Surveyor and Head of Agency with over 25 years' experience providing agency and strategic property advice across all sectors to corporate, private and public sector clients. His expertise spans occupational agency, investment transactions and development advisory, with particular focus on the Cambridge market.
He has over 20 years' experience operating in the Cambridge area, gaining unique insight into the city's rapidly evolving property market. Notable work includes advising Urban & Civic on land sales and design and build packages at Alconbury Weald, undertaking office lettings and refurbishment advice at Cambourne Business Park for Life Science REIT and Antler Property Investments, completing sales and acquisitions for Cambridge City Council, and acquiring property for fast-growing R&D and technology companies, such as Nyobolt. His local knowledge and sector expertise enable him to deliver strategic property solutions across development, investment and occupational requirements.
Before joining as a Director and Head of Agency, Ben gained extensive experience in commercial agency and property advisory across the Cambridge region. He is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
