She has over 11 years' experience at BTG Eddisons, ensuring the highest standards of quality management and compliance across the organisation. Her role encompasses strategic oversight of health and safety protocols, environmental management systems and the delivery of comprehensive void property services, supporting clients with property security, maintenance and management solutions.
Charlotte has developed her expertise internally at BTG Eddisons, progressing through senior compliance and quality management roles since joining. She holds a NEBOSH qualification in Health and Safety, demonstrating her commitment to maintaining excellence in compliance and operational standards.
