Chris is a Senior Partner based in our Fareham office, leading strategy and business development for a division of BTG Eddisons. He specialises in commercial and residential valuations and property advice, with extensive experience serving banks, corporates and professional clients across South England.
He has over 38 years' experience in property valuation and advisory work, having held a very significant number of LPA Receivership instructions since 1991. His work encompasses strategic property assessment, valuation for secured lending purposes, and formulating strategies to achieve client goals efficiently. Chris's ability to quickly assess instructions and deliver tailored solutions has established him as a trusted adviser to financial institutions and corporate clients requiring comprehensive property expertise across diverse transactions and advisory matters.
Chris has been a Partner at Daniells Harrison, a BTG acquisition, since 1992, having previously gained experience as a Chartered Surveyor. He studied at the University of Portsmouth and brings decades of specialist knowledge in commercial and residential property valuation to his senior leadership role within the firm.
