Chris is a Director based in our Birmingham office, providing business and commercial property valuations nationwide. He specialises in trade-related valuations across the leisure and healthcare sectors, with extensive experience valuing hotels, pubs, caravan parks, petrol filling stations, dental practices, pharmacies, doctors' surgeries and day nurseries for secured lending purposes.
He has over 25 years' experience in business and property valuation, delivering high-quality appraisal, valuation and consultancy reports to all major UK high street banks and financial institutions. His work encompasses loan security valuations, development appraisals, dispute resolution, rent reviews and valuations for charities, covering freehold, leasehold, investment, and business valuations across retail, catering, licensed leisure, healthcare and education sectors. Chris has a proven track record in business development, generating substantial fee income through authoritative and succinct valuation reports.
Prior to joining, Chris gained experience at a UK property consultancy as an associate valuer and spent 15 years at a leading business sale agent, progressing from the graduate training programme to a national business appraiser & valuer. He holds a degree in Estate Management from Birmingham City University.
