Christopher is a Director based in our Bristol office. He specialises in valuations across commercial, residential, development and investment properties throughout the South West and South Wales, with extensive experience delivering valuations for a wide range of purposes, including secured lending, accounting and transactional advice.
He has over 20 years' experience in the property industry, having worked across valuation, agency, landlord and tenant matters, property management and auctions. His comprehensive understanding of multiple property disciplines enables him to provide strategic valuation advice that considers wider market context and client objectives, supporting lenders, investors, developers and private clients with accurate and reliable valuation services across diverse property sectors.
Christopher is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor (MRICS) and RICS registered valuer, holding a property degree from the University of the West of England and a postgraduate diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management.
