Costa is a Partner based in our London office. He specialises in SME insolvency and restructuring, with extensive experience in Members’ Voluntary Liquidations, complex shareholder disputes, director misfeasance claims and cases involving asset tracing, asset recovery and forensic investigations.
Costa has over 15 years of experience delivering insolvency solutions, recently working on the administration of a nationwide contractor specialising in large-scale industrial, logistics and commercial building projects. He works on shareholder dispute resolution through insolvency mechanisms and asset recoveries in cases involving director misconduct. He is regularly appointed to act as liquidator or provide advisory services in SME liquidations.
Prior to joining BTG, he founded his own boutique insolvency practice. He is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
