David is a Regional Director based in our Bristol office. He is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor and a RICS registered valuer with over 22 years' property experience, specialising in valuation and building consultancy across South West England and South Wales.
He has 16 years' post-qualification experience, delivering expert advice to commercial clients throughout the region. David leads both the Valuation and Building Consultancy teams, providing comprehensive property solutions across diverse sectors. His extensive regional knowledge and client relationships have been built through delivering complex advisory work for a wide range of commercial property owners and occupiers.
Prior to joining BTG, David spent 17 years at Andrew Forbes Surveyors, a BTG acquisition, progressing to Managing Director. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds Registered Valuer status.
