David is a Director based in our Birmingham office. He specialises in machinery and business asset valuations and disposals, with extensive experience in insolvency cases across the Midlands and South West, covering all aspects from initial valuation through to case management and asset realisation.
He has over 20 years' experience in the insolvency valuation and disposal sector, having worked on high profile cases including MG Rover, London Taxis International, Visteon and Citylink. His work encompasses strategic advice on asset recovery, comprehensive valuation services and the management of complex disposal processes for insolvency practitioners, secured lenders and corporate clients requiring swift and effective asset realisation solutions.
Prior to joining, David gained experience within the machinery and business assets sector, building expertise across industrial valuations and insolvency work. He is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), RICS registered valuer and holds a graduate diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management.
