Edward is a Director based in our Manchester office. He is a specialist property auctioneer with over 15 years' experience in auction sales and consultancy, with extensive knowledge of the North West property market. He advises clients on auction strategy, lot preparation and disposal across residential, commercial, and investment properties.
Edward has a strong track record of delivering successful auction campaigns and has conducted hundreds of property auctions throughout his career. His expertise spans all aspects of the auction process, from initial appraisal and marketing strategy through to sale completion, with a particular strength in advising clients on optimal disposal routes for challenging or time sensitive assets. His deep understanding of regional market dynamics enables him to provide informed valuation advice and realistic auction estimates across diverse property types.
Prior to joining BTG, he was a director and auctioneer at Pugh Auctions – a BTG acquisition. He also held a director and auctioneer role at a Cheshire-based property auctioneer, gaining wide-ranging experience in property auction sales across the region.
