Felix is a Partner based in our London office. He specialises in deal and financial advisory, with extensive experience in special situations M&A, M&A, director advisory on strategic options and debt advisory.
Felix sits on BTG’s national strategic advisory board. He leads corporate development activity across BTG, identifying strategic M&A opportunities, and seeking to diversify our offering and service lines to drive shareholder value.
Felix has over 20 years of transactional experience, recently leading an international M&A for a global music video streaming service. He delivered a management buy-out funded by a syndicate of international investors, including major US TV broadcasters, which enabled the launch of groundbreaking TV channels in the US.
He has also acted as an M&A advisor to an international steel conglomerate, advising on M&A processes across various pan-European jurisdictions and delivering strategic options for the group. Felix also recently delivered a rescue transaction for The Wave, the UK’s only inland surfing provider, delivering a sale to a strategic buyer within the surfing industry within 24 hours of the appointment of joint administrators, saving over two hundred jobs and securing its long-term future.
He is co-chair and founder of R3’s (Association of Business Recovery Professionals) special situations M&A faculty. Felix is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
Prior to joining BTG, Felix was an investment director at a leading private equity firm. He also played a key strategic role in developing the national UK special situations M&A network at an international accountancy and business advisory firm.
