Gary is Director of Property and Renewables, based in the Preston and Alfreton office. He specialises in funding, commercial banking and finance, with extensive experience in property and renewables finance, including property development, investment and bridging facilities in the residential and commercial arenas.
Gary has over 24 years of experience in commercial finance, fulfilling commercial banking, corporate partnership, relationship management and relationship director roles, now with a focus on property and renewables.
His recent deals include securing £1.4 million for property investment, £1.7 million for a property purchase and £2.1 million for property investment.
Prior to joining BTG, Gary gained experience at two Big Four banks in senior roles, including divisional manager.
