George is a Director based in our Sheffield office. He specialises in commercial and industrial property across South Yorkshire, North Nottinghamshire and North East Derbyshire, with extensive experience in sales, lettings, professional lease advisory and valuations for financial institutions and pension funds.
He has over 30 years' experience acting for local, regional and national clients, including the Methodist Trust, South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service and South Yorkshire Police. His work encompasses comprehensive property advisory services, delivering strategic advice on disposals, acquisitions, lease negotiations and valuation matters across diverse commercial and industrial sectors. George's deep understanding of the regional market enables him to provide tailored solutions that meet specific client requirements.
George joined BTG following the acquisition of Fernie Greaves, acting as managing director for 10 years. He is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and a RICS registered valuer, with a distinguished career built on long-standing client relationships and expert knowledge of the South Yorkshire property market.
