Gunjal is a Partner based in our London office. He specialises in mid-market M&A/ investment banking, corporate finance and corporate strategy, with extensive experience in sell and buy-side M&A, growth capital raises, carve-outs and complex transaction execution. He supports private equity, founder-owned and public companies across the UK, US and Europe, with a strong track record across an array of sectors including business services, industrial, healthcare, consumer and leisure.
Gunjal brings more than 15 years of M&A and corporate finance experience, originating and advising on multiple engagements between £25 million and £250 million enterprise value. He offers deep, hands-on transaction execution, combining sector insight with disciplined process management, negotiation and analytical support on both domestic and cross-border European and transatlantic deals to maximise value for clients.
Prior to joining BTG, Gunjal acted as investment banking M&A director at a global financial advisory firm.
