Hayley is Head of Operations within our funding division, based in our Alfreton office. She specialises in developing internal systems to optimise service delivery and operational efficiency. She has extensive compliance experience and is skilled in coordinating sales and guiding funder meetings.
Hayley has a decades’ experience delivering optimisation initiatives and recently worked on streamlining internal lines of communication to foster consistency across teams. She also works closely with senior leadership to develop strategies for compliance, sales and operations.
Prior to joining BTG, Hayley gained experience in the finance industry as head of sales support.
