Learn more about Ian Feltham
Ian is a Director and Head of Agency, Landlord and Tenant, based in our London office. He is a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years' experience specialising in landlord and tenant matters, with extensive knowledge of the office markets across Central London and the South East.
Ian has vast experience representing both landlords and tenants in rent reviews and lease renewals, and regularly acts as an arbitrator and independent expert in rental disputes. He is a qualified arbitrator of over 20 years and has presided over several of the larger referrals relating to offices in Central London, including acting as an arbitrator on matters involving over 145,000 sq ft of office space. He also advises occupiers and landlords on significant portfolios.
Prior to joining BTG, Ian held senior positions at several leading property consultancies, most recently as senior director at HNG, a BTG acquisition. Earlier in his career, he was a senior director, heading the professional department of the West End business team at a global commercial real estate services firm, and held partner roles at a real estate advisory specialist and a commercial real estate firm.
He is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).

The Trump administration has replaced the reciprocal tariffs regime that was struck down by the Supreme Court with a non-discriminatory tariff tool, shifting tariff risk to a more uncertain carve-out-driven framework. In this new regime, the UK’s prior relative advantage for non-exempt goods is no longer assured and outcomes depend on sector carve-outs, product mix and enforcement.
