Jack is a Regional Director based in our Leeds office, leading Valuation services across the North East region, incorporating the Leeds, Sheffield and Newcastle offices. He specialises in commercial and residential red book valuations, with extensive experience across secured lending, investment and transactional purposes for diverse client requirements.
He has over 14 years' experience in property valuation and agency, having progressed through senior roles at BTG Eddisons. His work encompasses comprehensive RICS red book valuations for banks, lenders, institutional clients and private individuals across all property sectors. Jack's expertise spans commercial and residential markets, supported by his earlier experience in commercial and residential agency, providing well-rounded strategic advice on valuation matters. He was formerly chairman of the RICS Matrics Committee for the Yorkshire & Humber region.
Jack joined as a graduate surveyor and progressed to regional director, demonstrating consistent career development. He previously gained experience at a multidisciplinary property and asset advisory firm as a valuer and at a residential and commercial property estate agency as a negotiator. Jack is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), RICS registered valuer, and holds a degree in Business Property Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
