James is a Director based in our Lincoln office. He is a Chartered Surveyor specialising in commercial property agency, with extensive experience across the Greater Lincoln area.
He has nearly 30 years' experience, where he has built a strong track record advising clients on commercial property transactions. James has developed deep market knowledge of the local area, providing agency services to a diverse range of clients throughout his career at BTG.
Prior to joining in 1996, James gained experience at a longstanding property agency as a trainee surveyor. He holds a degree in Estate Surveying from Nottingham Trent University.

In this new regime, the UK’s prior relative advantage for non-exempt goods is no longer assured and outcomes depend on sector carve-outs, product mix and enforcement.
