James is a Finance & Operations Partner, overseeing the strategic development and operational management of BTG Eddisons. He works closely with senior staff across the business, having led the firm's acquisition strategy, resulting in nearly threefold turnover growth.
He has extensive experience in strategic finance and operational leadership within professional services, managing business development, financial planning and the integration of acquired businesses. James's work encompasses comprehensive oversight of the operational framework, supporting continued expansion and ensuring robust financial management across all departments and regional offices. His strategic approach has been instrumental in transforming the scale and capabilities of the organisation.
James is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and previously held senior finance roles at a global professional services firm, having spent the early part of his career at a Big Four bank.
