Jeremy is a Partner, based in our London office, who leads the West London insolvency and restructuring team. Jeremy specialises in corporate insolvency, personal insolvency and restructuring, with extensive experience navigating complex situations in high-pressure environments.
Jeremy has over 35 years of experience guiding a diverse client base through periods of significant economic and geopolitical disruption, and his sector experience includes retail, leisure, media, automotive, crypto, e-commerce, engineering, property, building and construction. Jeremy also has cross-border experience involving pursuing/recovering assets across France, Romania and Grenada.
Jeremy’s recent assignments include the solvent liquidation of a crypto exchange platform for institutional investors and traders, following its acquisition by another exchange. Jeremy recently handled the sale out of liquidation of an engineering firm that manufactured machines which were shipped worldwide, generating material value and preserving employment. Jeremy has also acted as LPA receiver on multiple occasions over properties ranging from those that are complete and let to others that are in various stages of development.
Jeremy is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner who, prior to joining BTG in 2014, was a director at a boutique London insolvency practice.
