Jo is a Partner based in our Sheffield office. She specialises in restructuring, with extensive experience in complex administrations and investigatory assignments. She currently leads the complex corporate and contentious case teams in Sheffield, working on investigations involving fraud, money laundering, tax evasion or transfers putting assets beyond the reach of creditors.

Since qualifying as an Insolvency Practitioner in 2014, Jo has successfully managed a wide range of insolvency appointments, combining her technical expertise with strong problem solving skills to deliver efficient solutions in complex administrations and investigations. Jo has experience in bank and stakeholder-led assignments, providing clients with strategic guidance and practical outcomes. Her work includes high profile trading administrations, distressed business sales and optimised wind down strategies.

Recent insolvency assignments include managing day-to-day trading activity throughout the administration of Sheffield Wednesday FC and overseeing the sales process. She handled the complex trading administration of a Sheffield-based precious metal alloys manufacturer and its holding company, and a complex fraud investigation involving multi-jurisdictional asset recovery, while supporting investors.

Jo is a law graduate and a licensed Insolvency Practitioner.
