Joe is an Assistant Director of our Corporate Finance business based in Birmingham and he advises clients across the UK and internationally. He has worked across a variety of sectors to deliver all types of deals, including company acquisitions and disposals, fundraising, strategic reviews, acting for business owners, management teams, corporates and private equity.
Joe has over 7 years of M&A experience and recently advised Denis Wick Products Limited, the leading UK manufacturer of mutes, mouthpieces and accessories for brass instruments, on its strategic sale to Italian PE-backed Music Center SRL.
Prior to joining BTG, Joe worked in the corporate finance team at Clearwater, later gaining valuable M&A experience at a Big Four firm. He holds a degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Bristol and is a Chartered Accountant.
